Refund Policy

1. Refund window

An organisation may request a full refund within 14 days of a new subscription or renewal if the service has not been substantially used (for example large data imports, automated research runs or directory takes).

2. After the window

Amounts are refunded pro rata for the unused period only in cases of extended service outage on our side. Periods actually used are not refunded.

3. Not refundable

Third-party services the customer subscribes to directly (search or AI keys), and installation or customisation work performed at the customer's request.

4. How to request

Write to — with the organisation name, payment date and reason. We reply within 5 working days; accepted refunds are returned by the original payment method within 14 days.

5. Cancellation

Renewal can be cancelled at any time before its date; access continues until the end of the paid period.
