1. Parties and acceptance
These terms are an agreement between you and Masar · مسار (the "operator") about using the Masar platform. By creating an account or signing in you accept them and confirm you are 18 or older and authorised to act for your organisation.
2. The service
A platform for managing business prospects and opportunities, with a central directory of businesses and research and analysis tools. Available features may vary by the agreed plan.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for everything done through your account. Report unauthorised use immediately. The operator may suspend accounts for abuse or breach of these terms.
4. Acceptable use
- Use contact data only for lawful business outreach, respecting applicable law and anyone who asks not to be contacted.
- No bulk unsolicited messaging, no resale of the directory, no automated extraction outside the platform, no attempts to breach or disrupt the platform.
- No unlawful content or content that infringes others' rights.
5. Your data
Your organisation's data remains its property. You can export it at any time. We use it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Machine-generated content
Analyses, summaries and answers produced by AI or the research engine may contain errors or outdated information. Review them before relying on them for any decision.
7. Fees
Fees and the plan are set in the contract or offer agreed with the operator and shown in full before payment. No hidden fees: any additional cost (such as third-party service keys the customer subscribes to directly) is stated explicitly. Refunds follow the Refund Policy.
8. Availability and support
We aim for high availability without an absolute guarantee; maintenance or events beyond our control may cause interruptions, and scheduled ones are announced in advance.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your data. The operator may terminate for material breach, keeping data export available for 30 days.
10. Limitation of liability
The service is provided as is. The operator is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits, and total liability is limited to what the organisation paid in the preceding twelve months.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of العراق / Iraq; disputes are settled amicably first, then before the competent courts.
